PDE-5 inhibitors, commonly known as phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE-5), are a group of drugs that are used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE). They are often taken to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH).
PDE-5 inhibitors belong to a class of drugs called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE-5) inhibitors. These drugs work by increasing the amount of blood flow to the penis, which helps to achieve an erection.
PDE-5 inhibitors can also be used in combination with other medications such as sildenafil (Viagra®) or tadalafil (Cialis®).
PDE-5 inhibitors are usually taken as needed before sexual activity, and the effects of these drugs on the body are usually brief and mild.
Take PDE-5 inhibitors only once daily, and do not take them twice daily, or in combination with other medications. Take the medication at least 2 hours before sexual activity, and do not take the medication for longer than 1 hour after it has been taken.
This will help you to avoid potential side effects that may occur if you take these drugs.
In some cases, you may need to take these drugs in combination with other medications. It may take up to 5 hours to take the medication.
If you have questions about the drug you are taking, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice.
If you take PDE-5 inhibitors at the same time every day for 4 to 6 months, you should talk to your doctor or pharmacist for advice. If you are taking this drug regularly, your doctor may prescribe a lower dose of the drug for you.
It is important that you get a complete medical history and any other information that you have about your medical history.
If you are taking PDE-5 inhibitors and you are concerned about the effects of the drug, you should tell your doctor and pharmacist about all the drugs you take and about your medical history, including your medications, and about your health history.
The side effects of PDE-5 inhibitors may vary depending on the type of drug they are used to treat.

A team of researchers have developed a new treatment for erectile dysfunction that is thought to improve blood flow and enhance the effect of natural Viagra, a new study has found.
The new treatment, Viagra, will be administered by the scientists at the University of Liverpool and funded by the European Medicines Agency.
Viagra is the first treatment for erectile dysfunction to be developed by Pfizer. The drug has been shown to improve erectile function in men suffering from the condition.
Dr John Thompson, from the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the University of Liverpool, said: “It’s important to be aware of this new treatment and to see how it works for patients.”
The research, which was funded by the National Institute of Health, was published in the European Journal of Sexual Medicine.
The study was published in the journalJAMA Open.
Viagra is the first medication in a new class of treatments known as phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors. These are designed to treat erectile dysfunction, a condition in which the penis is unable to produce enough blood to an erection.
Viagra was initially developed as a treatment for men with impotence, but it was found to have similar effects to Viagra.
Viagra has been used for more than 10 years in the treatment of ED. Viagra works by relaxing the muscles in the penis, which allows for greater blood flow to the penis, resulting in a firm and long-lasting erection.
Dr Thompson said: “We’ve been using Viagra for about 10 years now, but there’s still no indication that it improves erectile function. There’s still a lot of uncertainty about how well it works for people.
“We think it will be interesting to see what people think and experience after taking it.”
The researchers used real-life clinical trials, involving about 1,400 men with ED.
The results show that men with milder erectile dysfunction (impotence) were more likely to be treated with Viagra.
Men with erectile dysfunction are more likely to be prescribed Viagra than men who do not have ED.
Researchers found that men with milder ED were more likely to have a lower dose of the drug, which is not approved for use in the UK.
A placebo group were given placebo tablets and men who did not use Viagra were given the treatment. They were then asked to record their sexual activity.
Men in the Viagra group reported more time off work, had more energy, had more desire for sex, and enjoyed more sex.
Researchers found that men who used Viagra reported an increase in their ability to achieve an erection, compared to those who did not use the medication.
A low dose of Viagra also improved erectile function in the participants with milder ED.
Dr Thompson said: “We were able to show that using a lower dose of Viagra for a long period of time was able to improve erectile function in men with mild ED.”
Dr Sarah Thompson, from the department of obstetrics at the University of Liverpool, added: “Viagra is a well-known treatment for erectile dysfunction, but it’s important to understand that this medication needs to be used in conjunction with counselling and therapy to improve the ability to achieve and maintain an erection.
“This research suggests that using Viagra in conjunction with counselling and therapy may help men with ED improve their ability to achieve and maintain an erection, particularly if they have underlying health conditions such as diabetes or high blood pressure.”
She added: “As with any treatment, there is the potential for side effects. We need to understand the risks and benefits and discuss any potential side effects with patients.”
Viagra is available in the UK from pharmacies. If you’re interested in learning more about the treatment, go to.
